QUALIFICATIONS
To vote individuals need to meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a resident of North Dakota
- Must have resided in the precinct at least 30 days preceding the election
- Must have an up-to-date identification card (see options below)
IDENTIFICATION
North Dakota does not have voter registration, however, when you show up at the polls, state law requires that you show identification which includes your residential address and date of birth. Your Fargo address must be up to date to vote.
